Returns Policy

If the packaging is still un-opened, we will refund the purchase price of the item within 30 days of purchase. Please return the un-opened items within 30 days of purchase. Please also include a note with your return stating why you wish to return the product. We will credit you your return postage at the time of your refund.

If you somehow received the wrong product, call us at 614-430-3021 and we will send you a postage paid return shipping label.

After 30 days, but within 90 days, we will exchange un-opened product for a product of equal value. Please return such un-opened items within 90 days of purchase along with your receipt. Returns for exchange that do not include a receipt will not be processed. Please, also include a note stating why you wish to exchange the product. We do not refund shipping charges for product exchanges.

If you purchased a product from our web site and it is defective, you may exchange any defective item for the same item by simply returning the item along with a note stating that it is defective. We will credit you your return postage.
